New Season News...

The abundance of sunshine so far this month has us thinking not only of spring but the summer ahead. Temperatures remain up and down though, so layering is the name of the new season game. 
 
I wanted to give you an update on all that’s been going on with new designs, products and collections both in-store and for our online shop. The winter months post-Christmas give us a chance to reflect and plan for the year ahead with some inspiration thrown in - a trip to Florence for Pitti Uomo in mid January was a great chance to see what’s happening in the industry and observe the street style too…
 
Below are some highlights of new-ins - from boat shoes to spring knitwear, denim staples to shirting updates. And of course, we have jackets, trousers and accessories to upgrade your seasonal staples with lots more styles dropping each week. We are also working on a Spring/Summer paper edition of The Yarn to launch with your orders in the coming months…

Just in store this last week, we’re excited to introduce you to Quoddy Moccasins - made in Maine, we’ve brought out the Brown leather and Toast suede. We’ve been working on footwear for a while and have some exciting plans. For now, these are my favourite summer shoe - a take on the classic boat shoe that can see you through the seasons ahead in comfort and style.

For knitwear, we have three new shades of the ever popular Shetland Sweaters in Clover, Marine and Rosewood which are perfect for a colour injection and a little spring freshen up to your wardrobe. We also have a Merino Sportshirt that has just arrived which is a lighter weight version of our best selling Lambswool Sportshirt which will see you through spring and into summer too, made in Italy for us in three new colour ways.

For shirting, we have restocked our ever popular Chambray and Olive linen (our best selling summer shirts) and launched a new Peach for summer. Also about to launch are a very fine and a wider Blue & White Stripe; so if you’re lucky enough to be heading somewhere hot over Easter, or want to be ready for the proper warm sunshine, all our linens are now in stock.
